NCLEX-RN practice built for nurses who trained outside the US

NCLEX-RN practice built for internationally educated nurses. Take a free 15-question diagnostic and see where US-style clinical judgment trips you up, category by category.

Built for the gap between where you trained and what the NCLEX expects

The NCLEX-RN assumes US practice: delegation to unlicensed assistive personnel and LPNs, US generic drug names, pounds and Fahrenheit, US legal and ethical frameworks, and the Next Generation NCLEX clinical-judgment format. If you trained in India, the Philippines, the UK or elsewhere, those assumptions are where marks are lost, even for experienced nurses.

What the free diagnostic shows you

  • Category signals across the NCLEX client-needs areas, so you know where to start.
  • International-nurse gaps flagged separately: delegation and scope, US drug names, US units, and US legal and ethical practice.
  • A short rationale for every answer, shown free, with no sign-up needed to see your results.

The diagnostic is not a pass predictor. It is a starting point for focused study.

How our questions are made

Every question is written from scratch for this site, checked against cited clinical references, and reviewed by our founder, an internationally educated nurse registered in the UK, before it is used. The questions have not been independently reviewed by a US registered nurse. We never use recalled exam questions or content from other question banks. Read the editorial policy and the clinical review process.

Trained in India?

Start with the complete NCLEX-RN pathway for Indian nurses, which covers eligibility, state boards, credential evaluation, fees and testing in India.

The US-practice gaps we focus on

  • Prioritization and delegation with US staffing roles
  • US drug names, units and terms
  • Dosage calculations in US units
  • NCLEX pharmacology safety checks

What is free and what is not

The guides, the diagnostic, your results and the explanation for every answer are free, with no sign-up needed to see them. This is a free beta: there is nothing to buy and no account to create.
