These terms cover the site as it runs today: a free beta with study guides and a free diagnostic. Nothing is for sale, and there are no accounts.

What this site is, and what it is not

We publish study guides and original practice questions for the NCLEX-RN, written for nurses trained outside the United States.

  • NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and NCSBN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to NCSBN, Pearson VUE, TruMerit (formerly CGFNS) or any board of nursing.
  • Our practice questions are written by us from public clinical and regulatory sources. They are not real NCLEX questions, and we never use recalled or leaked exam content.
  • Our questions are reviewed by our founder, an internationally educated nurse registered in the UK, before they are used. They have not been independently reviewed by a US registered nurse. See how our review works.
  • Nothing here predicts your exam result, and we do not guarantee that you will pass. Any score or band we show is a study signal from a short sample, not a forecast.
  • The content is educational. It is not medical, legal or immigration advice, and it does not replace your employer's policies, your board of nursing's rules, or the official instructions from NCSBN and Pearson VUE. Always check the official source before you act, especially on fees, deadlines and eligibility.
  • The diagnostic runs in your browser and saves nothing. Your results are shown once and are not stored, so keep your own note of anything you want to remember.
  • This is a beta. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we will say so on the site.

Using the content

You may read, print and use our material for your own study. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page it came from.

You may not:

  • copy, republish, resell or redistribute our questions, explanations or guides;
  • use them to train a machine-learning model;
  • use automated tools to scrape the site;
  • try to break, overload or probe the site's security;
  • present our content as your own.

We own the copyright in the content of this site. Material we cite belongs to its publisher and is used as permitted. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our content for your own study, which we may end if you break these terms.

If something goes wrong

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and facts about exams, fees and licensure change.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded or restricted, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any exam, licensure, immigration or employment outcome.

Complaints

Email support@eu-nursehub.com with "Complaint" at the start of the subject. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to give you an outcome within 30 days. If your complaint concerns clinical safety, please say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.

Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms, and material changes are recorded in our content update policy. If we ever start selling anything, separate terms of sale will apply and will be published first.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
