Aman Thakran founded this project to build the NCLEX-RN preparation resource he wanted as an internationally educated nurse.

Background

• Completed his nursing degree in India.
• Later registered as a nurse in the United Kingdom.
• Has personally navigated international nursing-registration pathways, including the document, credential and exam steps that internationally educated nurses face.

Role on this site

Aman leads the product and writes and edits our pathway guides, such as NCLEX-RN for Indian nurses. Regulatory facts in those guides come from official sources and are checked and dated in our fact ledger.

What Aman is not

To be clear about where authority on this site comes from:

• Aman is not a US-licensed registered nurse, or an NCLEX item writer or examiner.
• He is not affiliated with NCSBN, Pearson VUE, TruMerit or any board of nursing.
• He does not write our practice questions. Questions are developed through a documented clean-room process. Aman reviews each one before it is used, as founder rather than as an independent reviewer, and originality rests on the clean-room process and an external similarity check, not on his review.
